2. Candle Production Process

Step 1: Weigh the Wax

For a 9oz container, weigh out 200g of wax.

Step 2: Add Fragrance

To test the candle's softness, scent, and adhesion to the container, measure out 20g of fragrance (10% of 200g). Stir at 65°C.

Step 3: Pour the Wax

At 60°C, pour all three types of wax into an unheated container.

Step 4: Secure the Wick

After pouring, gently pull the wick to the center and secure it with a wick holder. Observe the color of the melted wax:

  • Ecosoya: Light red
  • Golden Brands: Deep yellow
  • Nature Wax: Pale yellow

Step 5: Hardening Time Comparison (1 Hour Later)

After one hour, Ecosoya CB shows a prominent red hue, while Golden Brands and Nature Wax have hardened to a bright ivory color.

Step 6: Hardening Time Comparison (3 Hours Later)

After three hours, Golden Brands and Nature Wax appear ivory, while the red color in Ecosoya CB remains visible.
