Order Cancellation:

• Candles: If you need to cancel your candle order, please contact our customer support team at info@herkind.store within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request and issue a refund if the cancellation is made within this timeframe.

• Silicone Molds and Tools: For cancellations of orders of molds or tools, you may cancel within 48 hours of placing your order. If you cancel during this period, we will process your cancellation and issue a refund. 

• Within Cancellation Timeframe: Please note that a 7% service fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover transaction and administrative costs if the cancellation is applied within cancellation timeframe.
  

• After Cancellation Period: We regret that we cannot accept cancellations after the specified time frames. This is because your candle order may already be in production, or your package may be prepared or on its way to you.

Confirmation of Cancellation:

Your order is not officially canceled until you receive a confirmation email from us. This email serves as verification that your request has been processed and your refund is being arranged.
