Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days for silicone molds and tools. For our handmade candles, most items are made to order. Therefore, it typically takes 3-5 business days to create your candles once we receive your order. During peak seasons, such as holidays, please allow 10-15 business days for your candle orders to be completed. We appreciate your patience, and rest assured, we will make your order as soon as possible!
Upon shipment, you'll receive an email with a tracking link and tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
