Order Processing Times
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days for silicone molds and tools. For our handmade candles, most items are made to order. Therefore, it typically takes 3-5 business days to create your candles once we receive your order. During peak seasons, such as holidays, please allow 10-15 business days for your candle orders to be completed. We appreciate your patience, and rest assured, we will make your order as soon as possible!
Upon shipment, you'll receive an email with a tracking link and tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active. Our customer support team is here to assist you at info@herkind.store should you have any inquiries or if you don't receive your tracking details.
International Shipping
Standard International Shipping typically delivers within 7-15 business days based on your location.
Incorrect Information
It's important to provide accurate shipping information when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors in the address or contact information provided, or for changes requested after the order has been shipped. If you do provide incorrect information, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to correct it. If the package has already been sent and is returned to us due to incorrect information, we will resend it once we receive it back. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply, charged by the carrier, and these will be passed on to you.
